The outlook for this ownership group does not look good.
The Chinese government has halted trading in Suning stock as there are fears that Suning, Evergrande and Huarong's financial debts and stock price dip could spread throughout the financial sector of China. Suning accepted bailout from CCP linked funds and bond repayment extensions. According to S&P, Suning's debt stands at more than $6.6bn USD at the end of the 3rd quarter last year with about two-thirds in short-term obligations. Article

So Suning are continueing to take on more debt, (the €270m loan from Oaktree, to be repaid in full in exactly 3 years), all the while forcing the club to cut salaries and generate revenue via transfers. They value Inter at €1bn and stopped all talks with BC Partners because they believe the ESL would solve their issues. This does not look good for the club. They are reaching critical mass of just imploding. Their only recourse is to sell the club and I pray this happens before anyone is sold off. If Suning do not sell the club, I don't see us keeping Martinez, Hakimi, Skriniar, Lukaku and potentially Bastoni at all within the next 3 years.

At this point, please sell the club to BC Partners or the Saudi Prince, we are going back to year 0...

Yeah it looks they need to sell within a year. I think the 375m€ bond issued earlier (was it one or two years ago?) is due in 2022. And that's on Inter, not Suning's holding company.

The company itself has a liquidity problem, and it all started with not recalling the loan to Evergrande (Zhang Sr and Evergrande CEO are friends). Then the CCP stopped foreign sporting investments, pandemic hit and no one was spending money in China, and now the CCP froze 5.8% of Zhang's ownership stake in Suning incase the company collapses to repay debts. They halted trading of Suning on the Szenzhen market as well. According to John Liu, Bloomberg News CEO, Suning is actively looking to sell a stake in Inter.

I believe the bond is defered for another year because Suning won't be able to pay it out. Essentially if they can't come up with money soon, either:
A)they sell a bunch of players and move the money to China
B)Sell a major stake in Inter
C)Sell the club completely
D)CCP take over the company and all assets.

Then I'll stop supporting this club after 15+ years and live happily ever after.

They will get the best price by not selling too much top players. One or two might be fine, but too much of them and the value of the club goes down. In addition to the risk of losing CL spot. Buyers will know the situation so offers for top players won't be high enough to make it any sense to have firesale.

No one will buy us if we sell our major assets. Like other deals, if they want to sell the club they need it to be at its best so they can get higher price.

I dont think they intend to sell the club. I think they are waiting for Covid crisis to over.

I have been an Inter supporter for 30 years. Aside from the UEFA Cup victories, Serie A titles under Mancini, the Treble and the season that has just passed, I have been largely miserable.

I often wish that I could walk away from the club. But I can't and there is absolutely no explaining it.

well they need to legislate themselves ,assuming they managed to gather 50m+
and inter owners refused they get a share of intermilan, they should reinvest this amount
in a low risk investment until the right moment arises again. in another article they mentioned
they need from participants 500-1000 euro, if they managed to have 10 million participant(i know its unreasonable)
but this may mean 5 -10 billion!.

So if the fans buy let's say small piece of Inter (10%). Then what? We own part of the club, we have the debts of the club in our burden too.

And it doesn't change the dynamics much if the fans have one guy on the board if the Chinese (or Americans) still own majority.

Let's say there are
- 1.000.000 interisti who will give 1.000 EUR = 1 billion

I personally don't think this is impossible to find 1 mio interisti... Let's wait and see

Not a chance itll happen.

There have been similar initiatives in the UK hell I think Man Utd tried to do something similar a few years ago?

You typically get a few thousand, or maybe even tens of thousands people who are actually willing to do this.

Remember, we're a loss making company, so to keep your share you'll be investing money every year. On a 1 billion valuation if we lose 100m, you'll need to keep throwing 100 euros a year per share to keep your shareholding going.

The only way I would personally do this is a complete buy out of the club, with a 3-5 year plan to float on the stock market, and appointment of officers who made the decisions. Trying to manage a million people to make decisions is a fucking nightmare and will be worse than the Zhang era at Inter.

I love this club almost more than anything but i sure as hell won't be putting part of my wage into them at this point of uncertainty. Great idea, in theory, but they owe it to us to sort their shit out beyond all belief before we even think about pumping some MORE $ into the club.

Putting money in Inter right now is like putting it on fire. I'm not into that
