I think it is on Correa not the coach.
We have exemples in the past. Players who boomed later in their career. They became better not because they added more skills, but because with age they knew how to use their skills better.
Milito hadn't play in the first league in Europe until he was 26. His first and only big club was Inter, when he was already 30. And what a fantastic player he was.
Luca Toni played also until 27yo in Serie B. And after that, he was a monster.
Correa has all the attributes to be a great striker. Mentally (decision/timing) he is not there. If he improves that, this will be the difference between a good striker (what he is now) and a great one. The package is there.
