First where did you got that interview in English because on fcin it quotes something totally different that the coach requested a right winger not Schelotto.

As far as the cutting costs its also the biggest bs there is he got rid off our 2 biggest earners and one of those for ridiculous discount while bringing 5 new names in there place that earned around 1million each. Now rewind all his purchases and see how much we wasted in transactions once they proved there were shit. How much money we lost on duds like Biabiany, Jonathan, Mariga, Silvestre, Sccheloto, Forlan, Zarate, Mudingayi, Álvarez, Lucio, Castaignos, Kharja, Pazzini, Coutinho(kid shod have been a starter not kicked out), Sneijder in the process of there sale. As far as I'm concerned we can add Gargano and Perreira on this list too because they wont last long with there showing.

We brought in 10 players per window and more costing us on average 50 mil €. So for 150 million € spent over 3 windows the man has Handanovic to show for, Palacio who can maybe give us a year more of quality before he becomes a problem, Kovacic who was brought by Beppe, Guarin who's been mostly a disaster and Jesus that had 4 fantastic games at the start and then joined the rest of our defense in there fuck up quest. We have a squad of 30 players no other team has such a huge squad. We have Milito, Samuel, Cambiasso, Stankovic, Chivu all earning massive money for what they offer with only a minor cut happening to Chivu when he was out of contract. In direct comparison Barca got rid off Ronaldhino and Deco when they were still great Real did the same with Raul.

He has the hardest job my ass and his cost cutting is even more a joke. As for Mazzarri requesting the extension Ill believe it when he says it because the last time the coach of Inter got what he wanted was Mourinho in his first season. After that all others except Leonardo got exactly the opposite and they said it very vocally.

I also share the view that large part of the blame goes with Moratti but Moratti cant be fired. Branca can and shod be for all the fuck ups he did.

I agree but given that we conceded 55 and he missed half of this with some poor showings when available + he is 35 I don't see whats the argument in this. Hes way past his best especially at the level where Inter wants be.

We gained 10mil from purchasing and selling him.

Good piece of business really, considering he was trash 3/4 of the time.

I dont understand why he isnt sacked tbh.

He has done a terrible job since the treble season and there is alot of pressure on him to improve, which might make him less willing to take chances and instead go for these "safe" average serie a players, who in reality are not safe at all, but then he has the excuse that they did perform reasonably well at their former clubs.

It would be healthy for this club to get some managerial changes, people with fresh ideas. You would think a man like Moratti who has sacked a rather large number of coaches in his time, would be be more willing to make other managerial changes.

Time to try something new imo.

I *do* find it weird that he's basically the only "big cheese" at Inter who hasnt been fired/resigned.

Bearing in mind we've lost Oriali and Paolilo, who were big names in the organization of the club (arguably the biggest), how Branca is still in a job I have no idea.

Dont get me wrong, I'm not "sack everyone, ragemode on" - I think Samaden and Casiraghi do fantastic jobs, and I think Ausilio as a full time youth-sector employee would be great, but some of them seem to be... out of their depth..

Seriously though I want to know too! I remember being excited after our last game (it definitely wasn't the result that I was excited about) as I thought that it was only a matter of time before he got the axe.
