It’s obvious common knowledge Marotta isn’t shy of selling players and guess what….he’s been proven right in the past. All you have to do is look at the difference between Juve 2014 and 2017. Both fantastic teams that reached CL finals but the 2017 team was on another level even after losing Pogba, Vidal, Pirlo, Tevez and Marchisio. That was the one time I was legitimately scared they were going all the way.
There’s just one key difference this time that Brehme conveniently leaves out and pretends doesn’t exist. At Juve he sold because he wanted to, now he sells because he has no choice. Under normal circumstances sure he may still want to sell Skriniar but the truth is we’ll never know.
Even if the alleged rumors that Marotta has been trying to sell Skriniar for the past 2 years were true it came about when we’ve had financial issues. The first 2 seasons Marotta was here when Suning still gave a shit about the club there were never any rumors that we were ever considering selling Skriniar. So pls do yourself a favor and don’t listen to a forum member who thinks he knows it all when he’s been proven wrong time and time and time again

It was talked a out that Skriniar is on a silent sale for example in Calcioland podcast (Amoyal has distant connection to Di Marzio) over two years ago if I remember correctly. So it's not just from brehme. Then the Spurs thing at the start of the season in 2020.

I am not second guessing the reports. All I really have to say is that our owners make it very difficult for us to support the club when they are sell our most valuable assets. And it goes without saying that the bigger the player's Inter heart, the higher the price.

Sad thing about departures like this,is that players going to be more and more like mercenaries,if they are forced leave and no one can be surprised by it.

Every one of United fans tell you they are leeches. Their only luck was they had SAF. They took over 800 millions £ from United.

They just don't have competent sporting management in the club, but give lot of money to improve to the squad all the time. I mean Glazers are not giving the money per se, but they allow the club to spend a lot of money (because the club makes a lot of revenue, partly thanks to Glazers who have built the money making machine).
As much as they are mostly faceless fuckers from America, Zhangs are just simply worse because they are poor / can't hold the club.

Owners take money out of businesses. It's a regular occurrence regardless of the business type. The issue at United lies with the individuals that actually run the club like Ed Woodward did for years. They've spent more than anyone in the world and have absolutely failed in almost every transfer. How many big name signings have actually worked out? Bruno Fernandes was good up until this year.
United fans hating the Glazers for "dividends" is just the cheap excuse Mark Goldbridge and the rest of the youtube stars peddle. The real reason they hate them is because the team blows and they don't spend even more money fixing the fuck ups Woodward and Co have made. I will say the Glazers take fault for employing guys like Woodward, but the whole dividends thing is just a fat excuse United fans give for then not spending more. Hell there are clips of all the youtube guys literally saying if the Glazers were good owners they'd have spent 2 billion just because of Uniteds revenue per year. Yet they hate oil clubs like City and PSG and despised a super league. No offense to good United fans but the vast majority of their fans are genuinely the worst in the entire sport. The Glazers were only shit owners when SAF was actually around. Once he left they've spent MASSIVE.

In principle, both MU and Inter have to spend within their means, in case of MU they actually have to spend below their means because of dividends to the shareholders.
In term of sporting results, Inter have been much more successful than MU since Suning took over, despite all the shits that hit the fan recently.
Therefore Suning > Glazers.
What you're pointing finger at is the fans. EPL/MU fans are generally better than Inter/SA fans commercially. Call them plastic all you want but when you're talking about money, their fans bring enough commercial power to fund their operations which is not the case for Inter. Give Inter to the Glazers and you won't want to know what happens next.

10 years of FIFYeah you are right that in a sense Glazers and Zhangs are the same. Difference is Zhangs weren't able to build the money-making machine, but instead are deep in debt when it comes to Inter finances.
Glazers would of course never buy Inter because they couldn't do the leveraged buyout since it's way harder to make money in Italy with football as you said. But I'd say Glazers still did a good job financially, because it's not like United hasn't been able to spend tons and tons of money throughout the years.

Yes they buy big players but again they spend less then what they could afford and they have been sucking for a long time now....
Ofcourse it s their right but lets not act like a football club is just like any other asset...
And the glazers themselfe never invested into Manu not a single dollar of theirs was spent on players/ infrastructure ( as far as i know)...
They started aquiring shares of the club and then leveraged these to be able to take full control of the club Manu had 0 debt when the glazers took over that balloned to over 700mio within 4 years f taking over the club. And btw the club enede up paying most of this intrest either directly or by paying divs to the glazers.
Now say about suning what you want but they have directly invested into inter a lot more of their cash than the glazers ever did at manu. Yes the debt situation is similar but with the glazers that was just a way to maximise profit and limit their personal exposure while with the zhangs the debt was necessary due to them being broke and the ccp restrictions.
Zhangs ownership over the fucken glazers any day of the week.
Good thing is that people like the glazers would not touch a club like inter in our current state.
