I don’t think it’s his quality per se. Both Conte and Inzaghi demanded him to be a playmaker from the back. He just needs to learn to be flexible. If all routes are closed, just kick it up front instead of insisting on risky short passes

It was a shitty pass, but i cant stand this passing to the back all the time. Handa had 40+ passes, that was more than both of our wingbacks and all the attackers. Everyone else was very close to his number. I said it last year and i ll say it again. This kind of mistakes will happen, cause its a risky way of playing. Last year it was only once and i hope this one was the last one for this season.

Assuming he plays the rest of the matches in the league this season, he'll surpass our very own Bergomi (519), Rivera (527), Albertossi (532), Piola (537) and Mancini (541) putting him at 8'th all time - the only foreigner along with Pupi in the top 10.

Going by the same logic, he could overtake Burgnich (358 at 8'th) and even Meazza (365 at 7'th) for caps in the the Italian top flight for Inter. He currently has 331.
