I feel like K thuram in terms of style is somewhere between Barella and Frattesi, and a lot more physical, but can also transform into a player like Casemiro, if he up his vision and passing.
Will he be a great fit for the current tactic? Maybe not as good, but will Simone adjust? Maybe, yes. Will it give us more tactical options and become more versatile? Definitely yes.
With all that said, I actually lean more towards midfielders that played Serie A, not all position but midfielders; wingbacks and forwards actually from other League perform better when they come to serie A once they pick up the basic understanding.
GK neutral, but not many Serie A GK impresses me enough.
Defenders vary very much by cases, but normally if they are more the physical type (not the fast ones) that comes from another league the higher chance they struggle; on the other hand the" not physically strong ones" that are trained in Italy normally get the basic done and are reliable but can't expect exceptional performance against exceptional opponents; (basically not Pavard, not Acerbi), so Milenković, Baschirotto are decent candidate, but they never played in a 3 men defense.
It is nice to ramble.
