its almost like people here dont have notice periods in their contracts lmao, if i got fired from my job today i'd get 3 months salary severance anyway...
hahahah, where the fuck do you live???Don't bring up false equivalents.
An employee is typically on a rolling contract and you get severance payment according to law depending on how many years of service you have on said contract or company.
If I sign a contract for 10m, it means I get 10m. That's also why coaches get paid to sit out a year. Why would Sanchez accept anything less than what he signed for? It's not like he's on probation or anything. We're the ones who want to break the contract, it's up to us to provide the player with satisfactory terms.
And as usual, we're going to end up giving him more than what he wanted when we could have signed Dybala... Well done management.
hahahah, where the fuck do you live???
here in Croatia you got severance in public companies, but in private sectors you get jack shit, yea some better companies do pay like it should be but boy its a rollercoaster...
you talk like ours politicans, with 0 years in private companies, how everybody got rights and shit but they dont know the other side...
so, yea....
Where I live the public sector is forever, so you don't get a severance. You actually do get thrown a shit ton of money just for deciding to retire from not doing much
Good point, so if we think of the "golden handshake" as the transfer fee, it is not that bad LOL.So how much Inter paid to free themselves off another "free" transfer again?
Lukaku, next summer. After getting rid of this one, I hope we take another 30+ striker on mad wages since we never learn.
