The truth hurt I can see… we where horrible at making teams before he came into our folds…

He won’t be here once his contract expires then what, we lost the key person who done marvellous with none existing budget and abilities in building teams. Without him at the helm we would still be chasing dreams, with no red line none existing transfer structure or strategy.

I don't mind fans. Fans are expected to be biased and it's totally ok. What i find hilarious is bookies having them as 4th CL favorite since September and even before second leg against Bayern they had them as CL second favorite and favorites in the tie against Bayern. Comical. What have Arsenal done in CL recently to warrant such a hype? Only because they were runner up to City in EPL last season? It doesn't work like that.

In this case it’s likely down to experience. Arsenals team doesn’t pose the same experience in games like this and it showed. Over the two games they were the better side, but when you don’t take the chances given to you, then this is what might happen especially against teams like Bayern.

Give teams like Bayern and Real a finger and they take the whole hand, they might have much weaker teams on paper, but they make up for it with experience and a belief in themselves due to their long history of doing well in that tournament and in Real case a coach who done it so many times before.

City and Arsenal definitely have the better squads, but you also need to put that to good use, and English teams in general aren’t very good at getting enough out of the better material and funds they poses.

They should really been far more dominant then really been the case.

Arsenal have a decent squad tbh, apart from their strikers, who are terrible at best. Especially that dude Martinelli is beyond awful. They are lacking a 20+ goal forward and experience in the CL to be really competitive though.

Man, their coefficient for that fifth place cl place is also down bad. I think part of the problem are the coaches in that league.

I'm convinced some of the bottom seria a club coaches are better educated and more astute in tactics than the majority of prem league coaches, barring someone like pep or klopp of course. Think when you have that kind of money to spend you definitely lose in tactical development and that costs you in european competitions.

I am not laughing at Arsenal. I am laughing at bookies who had them one of CL favorites. It was ridiculous from the start.

Inter were never one of the favorites (actually they didn't even make it in top 10 on betting sites) so i can't see how our elimination was pathetic.
